Nature of Services
Our services are not physical goods. They are digital, strategic, creative, and operational services delivered through research, analysis, communication, planning, implementation, and optimization work.
Because agency work often begins before visible deliverables are completed, time and resources may already be allocated shortly after payment is received.
Project Start
A project is considered started once payment has been received and YokGibi has begun any part of the work process. This may include store review, planning, research, communication, strategic preparation, implementation, creative development, or operational setup.
Refund Eligibility
Payments are generally non-refundable once a project has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Store analysis and review work
- Strategy development
- Creative direction
- Optimization planning
- Implementation work
- Performance marketing setup
- Consultation and communication time already allocated to the project
Due to the nature of digital agency services, refunds are not available for work that has already been initiated, prepared, or delivered.
Cancellations Before Work Begins
If a client chooses to cancel before any project work has started, YokGibi may review the request on a case-by-case basis.
In such cases, any approved refund may be subject to administrative, planning, consultation, or processing deductions where applicable.
Scope Changes
If a client requests changes to the agreed project scope after approval or after work has started, YokGibi may revise timelines, deliverables, and pricing accordingly.
Scope changes do not automatically qualify a project for cancellation or refund.
Paused or Delayed Projects
If a project is paused or delayed due to missing client materials, feedback, access, approvals, or communication delays, YokGibi reserves the right to adjust project scheduling and timelines.
Project delays caused by the client do not create automatic eligibility for refunds.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated for work that has already started, YokGibi reserves the right to provide project records, communication history, scope details, and relevant documentation as evidence of services provided.
